guidelines on partner's enrollment form. Our multiple
sources provides us the opportunities to locate properties
for acquisition from monthly foreclosure reports,
confidential client/lenders inventory of real estate owned
prior to being listed on the real estate market, newspapers,
networking with a wide variety of real estate brokers/agents
and other marketing techniques to attract motivated
sellers.

We have the experience to guide our investors through the
acquisition process to the sale without the mistake that
removes the profit from the deal. We ensure that the
acquisition of a property is beneficial to everyone involved
including the seller. Our long term relationships with a
network of contractors, vendors, closing attorneys,
mortgage lenders/brokers and real estate brokers allow us to
complete deals in an accelerated manner to maximize profits
and minimize risks.

We Buy Real Estate, Inc. will be the asset managers, set all
budgets for needed repairs, supply all contractors, vendors,
suppliers, termite/pest control, closing attorneys, closing
management and real estate brokers as needed to complete
the purchase and the sale of the property as outlined in
pre-purchased document. The Investor/Partner will supply
capital as agreed in enrollment form to We Buy Real Estate,
Inc. management account thirty days prior to acquisition of
property. It will pay for all approved repairs, acquisition
costs, utility costs and deposits and to maintain property
until a sale is consummated.

After all costs of venture are deducted, the proceeds from
the sale will be based on a 50/50 equity split between We
Buy Real Estate, Inc. and Partner.

                            RENTALS

We Buy Real Estate, Inc. is happy to place our partnership
for success program in the rental mode upon request. We
will purchase and transfer ownership of properties to
investors that prefer to own their rentals but would like to
utilize the wholesale advantages of purchasing properties
from us.
