program from $25,000 to $99,000 from a single investor.

of return of 10% on the amount invested. The investment is
secured by a promissory note from We Buy Real Estate, Inc.
and made payable to the investor with a one-year term at
a 10% fixed rate. The funds may be withdrawn by request
within three to ten business days provided funds are not
invested into real estate.

payments will be mailed or direct deposited into investor's
bank account to maximize convenience and minimize
